THE COMPANY WAS SELECTED AS A FINALIST AND RECEIVED THE "WE AT AWARD" AT THE WE AT CHALLENGE 2024 HELD ON NOVEMBER 27, 2024.
WE AT CHALLENGE 2024 is one of Asia's largest international pitch contests on wellbeing, and was held in partnership with leading global organizations such as TEMASEK Foundation and VERTEX Group. A diverse range of teams from Japan and 32 other countries entered the competition, and MHI was one of 16 companies and organizations selected as a finalist.
The competition had three themes, "Global Liveability," "Healthy Life," and "Living & City," to recognize innovative initiatives that support urban sustainability and healthy living environments for citizens. We presented our results in the area of "Living & City". Our efforts to improve the efficiency of urban infrastructure management and the wellbeing of society as a whole were highly evaluated.
Encouraged by this award, MHI will further promote the development and implementation of smart city-related technologies to realize a society where people can live sustainably and prosperously.
